*** BIG NEWS FOR RALLY DAY - FRIDAY FEBRUARY 8, 2013 - SPECIAL GUEST SPEAKER ***

I had an opportunity to invite Governor Chris Christie to speak at our Rally Day event and he accepted. I confirmed with his office that we may include him on our roster. Unless something critical comes up, we can expect him to make an appearance.

The New Jersey Second Amendment Society (NJ2AS) is very pleased to be able to add Governor Christie to the fine list of individuals scheduled to speak at the event - Americans for Prosperity’s Mr. Steve Lonegan, Senator Michael Doherty, Assemblywoman Alison McHose, Assemblyman Michael Patrick Carroll, Gun Rights Attorney Evan Nappen, Assemblyman Nelson Albano, TEA Party Leader Barbara Gonzalez, Attorney, NRA Board Member and Executive Director of the ANJRPC Scott Bach, Mr. Robert Viden, Proprietor of “Bob’s Little Sports Shop”, President of the Firearms Retailers Association and ANJRPC Board Member, “Capitalist Marksman” - Master Firearms Trainer Anthony Colandro, as well as representatives of Campaign For Liberty, Second Amendment Sisters and many other groups and individuals who cherish the importance of Freedom. Buses are being made available from several point in New Jersey. DEPARTURE AND RETURN TIMES WILL BE PUBLISHED SOON!

*NOTE A NEW BUS HAS BEEN ADDED LEAVING FROM THE SOUTH JERSEY SHOOTING CLUB IN WINSLOW, NJ.

For details and further information, or to arrange for bus transportation please visit the website www.nj2as.com.

Please tell your friends and neighbors. They will want to come out and hear the Governor express his support for the rights protected by the Second Amendment.

Thank you,

Frank Jack Fiamingo

President - NJ2AS

Bridgewaters a hike from here......dealing with 287...Ughhhh....

Northerners were forgotten.....but we will make it!

Nick - Chessequake isn't that far. It's about an hour drive for me. That's where I'm heading. Hopefully they get enough to fill a bus. Hey - I used to drive 2.5 hours to Camden to work. Now that's a punishing drive.

I'm not too far from Nick, Seacucus is a much easier ride that Bridgewater or Chessequake. My office is in Woodbridge and when I have to go in, that 65 mile run down 287 can take over 2 hrs without any accidents. The GSP is no picnic either from up here.

I hope Christie doesn't make it appear we support any new regulation here in NJ. I can see the papers reporting large groups rally's to support "common sense" gun laws.

I hope the rest of the speakers set the tone early. We are not here to compromise. We are not here to give up any more rights.

I'm about 20 minutes away from Cheesequake. How is the parking now? The last time I drove past, it was overflowing -- but that was after SS Sandy.

I think it's back to normal Bob, although I dont commute past it every day like i used to

So far I have FIVE in my vehicle....that max's out my truck....

Let's pick a time and train and meet at Seacacus....

Keep me posted with the secaucus train time. I live right across the street from the lyndhurst station so I'll take that to secaucus and meet you there for the train to Trenton.

My friend and I were thinking of driving down, but maybe the train is a better idea. I'll run it by him and if he's down maybe we can meet up at Lyndhurst station or Secaucus.

how's the bus thing looking? Are they filling up?

Ray - As of 8:30PM last night, I believe Bridgewater and Cheesequake are extremely close - so they should be rolling. The other buses have gained a few seats, but still need more for it to be practical.

If you plan on taking a Bus to the Rally - sign up now! ESPECIALLY if you are near Forked River rest area, or Montvale Rest area - they need more seats.

That works. I'll let you know the train when Nick gives us the secaucus info

My friend and I were also going to drive down, what made you reconsider driving?

MONTVALE

BRIDGEWATER

CHEESEQUAKE

FORKED RIVER

ATLANTIC CITY

I've heard of these towns but I doubt I could find them on a map. I think someone forgot about NORTH Jersey completely.
