Ok, so what did owners of Assualt wapons, who lived in NJ when the Clinton Ban took place, do when NJ did not recognize the grandfather aspect of the law?? Was there a buy-back? Did they just turn them in and say goodby, could they give them to somone in another state. So what happened?? At the time I only had bolt action rifles and several shot guns. Times are different now, with an AR type on hand? So what happened..
Sorry guys, we have to shutdown NJ NICS for 2 months due to this power line. Oh, we are backlogged at the Superior Courts across the state due to this power outage. That means your PTCs are on hold until further notice.. Lol
The highland Park ordinance apples to "public buildings, such as our schools, our library and our community center".
Where did you see something about a NJ ordinance that will "essentially ban legal conceal carry everywhere?
Carry permits for the common man is brand new to NJ, so IMO the fact that some are trickling in after such a short time, and nobody has heard of rejections at this point is a good indicator that things are progressing.
