Hey all.

 

I began the FPIC application many times over the past few years but failed to complete it.

 

From completing the application to appearing in person to the money orders to the finger printing etc., something always derailed the process.

 

Well, that was then.

 

I've decided that I'm going to complete the process start to finish and finally get a permit. Especially frustrating when we border a state like PA.

 

Since most of my friends and family (cant use them anyway) think that "guns are bad, my references will be from PA.

Just need to get my signs ready. :scenic:

 

I think I'll highlight some points from this video:

 

 

1) Amend the NJ Constitution to include a right to bear arms.

 

2) Eliminate/modernize the paper based firearm purchase requirement and adopt NICS.

 

3) Eliminate the reasonable deviation clause.

 

4) Remove the "justifiable need clause" for licenses to carry.

 

5) Remove the significantly identical provision.
