Why did no one mention the lack of a grandfather clause in the 10 rd magazine bill. And why do Cryan and Mainor get a pass as "retired law enforcement." It's the lack of fundamental fairness -- turning people into instant felons and taking their property. No one mentioned that.

No. Ex Post Facto changes the law and makes something illegal in the past or right now that was previously legal (i.e. putting you in a catch-22). These laws would have a effective start date, giving you time to comply.
