Underdog 1,593 Posted February 18, 2013 With the prices of ammunition what they are and the lack of ability, has anybody used CO2 guns for practice/fun, etc.? http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ac6mew_oRY4 I would probably pick up one of these for me and the kids to use if it was durable, and if it didn't require burning up a permit. njJoniGuy 2,129 Posted February 18, 2013 While I was recovering at home after hip replacement a few years ago, I set up my pellet trap at the front of my living room and measured 33 ft (10 meters) back to the bathroom threshold, a perfect indoor practice range! Given the prices of .22 ammo, centerfire components, and gasoline, I may be doing more of that real soon!

almiz111 26 Posted February 18, 2013 Here comes the discussion of BB/Pellet/rifle/handgun legality for the 362th time!! And there is no clear answer to some of the questions. LOL. After all, this is NEW JERSEY.
Grapeshot 301 Posted February 18, 2013 FYI – my experience is that while the blow-back models are more realistic, they are not nearly as accurate (and the sights are not adjustable on most). I’ve got a Beretta PX4 Storm, and while it’s a blast to shoot, if I actually want to hit something I’ll use my Webley Tempest. YMMV
