Thank you everybody! We made it! My fiancee Liz and I won the membership.

 

We just did our first workout today and I'm super pumped to go back on Monday!

 

A year ago, I never would have called running, squats, sit-ups, push-ups, pull-ups, and more running "Awesome". now I can't wait to go back. This place is super cool. The vibe is awesome.

Thanks to all of you one more time for helping us win the prize.

 

We just completed our 3 months at Crossfit Salus. I just thought I would update you to our progress. And btw, if you haven't alrealdy heard me say.. this place is awesome.

Ed you look good, i have a friend who lost over 200lbs and as he progressed you could see it in his face and i noticed it in yours plus the smile..
