What's with gov't officials telling people to "shut up and sit down" all of a sudden? A Colorado socialist Democrat did the same thing a couple weeks ago to some pro-gun people at a meeting. Their attitude is infuriating.

If she allegedly threatened to return with a gun, yes that would be a terroristic threat. It should be easy to prove if she did or didn't say that as its a public hearing and there should be a recoding of the meeting. As far as flipping the bird being considered a terroristic threat, that has been tried in this state and surprisingly, is protected under the first amendment. Doesn't matter if it is a cop or not. Would I be surprised if it was stretched to terroristic threats, no.

The government has steadily been increasing their disrespect for the citizens for awhile now. Sadly until the sheepeople have had enough and make their voice heard, I see this as a continuing trend.

Here in NJ if you flip someone the bird...it's considered Terroristic Threats and you can loose your belongings......something's dreadfully wrong IMO.

Wow....and here I though i'd already heard the stupidest statement ever on this site...Congrats
