Take gunbroker rifle delivery at a PA FFL?

The 10-14 day NICS delay is killing me. I can't stand to wait that long once I decide on something, and the delay plays havoc with my need for instant gratification.

 

At the same time, there are guns I'd like to buy on GB for reasonable prices.

 

So, I was wondering, since I can buy long guns in PA, and since PA NICS is still usually close to instant, would it be reasonable to buy a gun on gunbroker, have it delivered to a PA FFL and take possession of it from the PA FFL?

 

Anyone know a friendly and reasonably-priced PA FFL near the I78 border?

Del had a 4 day limit I think. They have that long to deny you. If they don't its yours

No reason not to, I almost did it myself. Find an FFL just across the river from you in PA and see who will work with you. You will be back to a 15 minute phone call instead of this bs 12+ day wait in this lousy state! Just can't do that with handguns.

I called Sarco today about doing a PA to NJ resident transfer, they said no problem. I don't see why they wouldn't accept a transfer from GB. Give them a call.

Yes, $50 is considered to be "high" for PA.
