  1. 1. What do you call the delicious manufactured pork product indigenous to NJ?

Just sayin...taylor ham all the way, ham or not

"Taylor originally called his product "Taylor's Prepared Ham",[2] but was forced to change the name after the Pure Food and Drug Act of 1906 was passed, since the product did not meet the new legal definition of "ham"

Anyone else seen the "goodie roll"?

Place I used to scrape the grill at got that instead of pork roll from time to time.

Always figured the "goodie roll" was a knockoff with more boot leather and raccoon snouts in it, still tasted good though!

Yikes, not scrapple,

Looked, tasted and was packaged identically to the standard "Taylor ham" roll.

Just a different name, wondered if anyone else had ever come across it..

Same way we eat hot dogs. What you think they put in there?

Ugh...how can people eat scrapple? The name alone turns me off.
