I frequent a local bagel shop here in Arizona in which the owner is from Bergen, NJ. My choice is their Classic, which is a Taylor Ham, Egg, Cheese, on an toasted Everything Bagel. I bust her stones asking for Pork Roll.

Pork roll goes hand in hand with Jerseys gun laws.

Taylor ham or GTFO

Your right. NJ and Taylor Ham. Perfect Together.

Pork Rollers are smart and GTFO.

That map is BS. It's Taylor Ham in Mercer County, the HOME of Taylor Ham.

And that parrot is freaking me out. Are you a pirate or something?

Couldn't agree more, and I see it called Taylor Ham in parts of Western Monmouth county as well!

You guys are not idiots (mostly). You know the government made them take ham off the label. People who know about Taylor Ham were raised by 3 or 4 generations that ate the stuff since before WWI. The rest of you just look at the label and say "duh."

We have about three varieties of pork roll in Eastern PA and all of them suck balls. Pork roll is a generic term that Taylor should not be associated with. There is a big difference between Taylor Ham and other imitation products. Hey, variety is the spice of life. But...

There is one ham to rule them all, one ham to find them,

One ham to bring them all and in the diner bind them

In the Land of Trenton where the thugs lie.

John Taylor was the victim of meddling government like the Hughes amendment!

100% correct here, why can't you call a product "Taylor Ham" just because there is no ham in it...complete overreach by the FDA or EPA or whoever made this call!

My family has been calling it  (Taylor) pork roll since 1952.  Always ordered sammiches as pork roll egg and cheese, Never heard a single person order a Taylor ham, egg and cheese sammich, not once, ever!

Ever!
