Underdog 1,593 Posted May 4, 2013 I've never tried a Hi-Power, but the two guns I like the ergonomics on the best are the M&P FS and the CZ 75B. I prefer striker-fired, but I love the CZ 75.

hiker88 22 Posted May 5, 2013 If you can find one, go for the CZ 85 combat. That one does not have a firing pin block and has a nicer trigger. It just costs a little bit more than a standard 75b. If you're in OBRPC area, you can try my SP01 Shadow with some Cajun Gun Works goodies installed.
67gtonut 847 Posted May 5, 2013 My requirements will be NO SAFETY.... so I will be looking for the BD version with just the Decocker....
hiker88 22 Posted May 5, 2013 Check CGW anyways when you find your BD. You can greatly improve the DA trigger pull with one of his kits.
RedBowTies88 41 Posted May 5, 2013 If you're ever in the cape may area (like for the next NJ2AS meeting) you can take my 75 SA for a spin

sof 0 Posted May 11, 2013 So did you guys hook up?
67gtonut 847 Posted May 12, 2013 I did meet up with a forum member.... The pistol was a tack driver..... But very noticeable recoil.... Still undecided if I am switching platforms....
sof 0 Posted May 12, 2013 Maybe the extra weight of the SP-01 would help with the recoil. If mine ever gets here I'll let you know.
