What do these monsters cost? I saw one similar in a shop for $5700 but I am not even sure what gun it was.

Not nitpicking Alex, but the M107 is the military version of the M82A1. The new, lighter rifle with a new muzzle brake that can accept a suppressor is the M107A1.
