Muzzle brake for non-threaded barrel (in my case: M&P15 Sport)

Recommended Posts

Originally quoted me around $150-$160 for barrel threading and brake installation. But with some miscommunication on the timing to get it done, owner took care of me. "On the house" he says, which I really appreciated.

Well worth it. Makes the rifle look that much better.

Yeah 200 bucks is a lot to thread and pin a brake for a caliber that had barely any recoil. I would have just left it as that's almost a case of ammo to train with.

Was actually debating that originally...  But worked out for me, had it done for free.  I'll take it.  Next AR will be a custom build for sure.
