Nope! These are for sale in the free lands.  My son lives in PA so we can have these at his place.  Since I shoot with him most often, I have been leaving some of my pieces out there.  That leaves space in my safe for more stuff!

Ive seen pmags stay in stock online at $12.50 a piece. I think the mag crunch is alleviating.
