My condolences.  As others have said, it does get easier over time.  But you never really get over that completely (and you shouldn't).  I lost my dad in 2004 to Alzheimer's and I think of him a lot--of the example he set for me and hope to live as he lived.

All I can say is that I am sorry for your loss and I can understand how difficult it is.  But nothing anyone can say will really help.  It just takes time and you honor you Dad by how you live your life.
