need an expert gunsmithing opinion

Hello gents, I'm wondering how much it would cost to replace the current barrel on my series 183 Mini 14 (SS) with another barrel. The one on my current rifle has an 11 inch barrel with an ugly 5.5 inch extended compensator. it not only looks ugly but it doesn't have a front sight post either.
I already have the barrel that I want to have installed. it is a blued barrel but I plan on cerakoting everything at a later date.
If any NJ gunsmiths can possibly give me a basic estimate of how much it would cost I'd gladly appreciate it.
