Blizz the course closes at 5pm and takes a few hours to complete a round, especailly on weekends

Dang I work Sundays and have a wedding the 14 if we can do a sat in October I would be in as long as I have a few weeks notice as I now work sat mornings for more OT

i just read that its  24 inch barrel minimum the uts is out till i get a barrel extension and so is my mossy 500 but i could bring my side by side

I wouldn't use a SxS but that my personal pref, I think there only useful for HD or game, not Sporting clays. Does it have chokes?

no chokes well not that you can remove it is long as well its over 28" barrel i will have to ask my dad it was designed for goose

Side by side works fine but there are two factors to consider. How the gun is choked and how well you know the gun. If you are comfortable with the gun and know how it shoots you should have no problems for most of the shots there.

would it be cheaper to get a new gun or use my mossy 500 with a different  stock and get a longer barrel ? if i wanted to do skeet often as this is about an hour from where i will be moving in may

So this isn't like the Clinton Shot Gun Shoot Out where we can borrow a gun if we don't have a Shotgun yet right?

 

I have a buddy who may be interested.  If he has his own shotgun and shells what is a ballpark range of costs?
