Mikeythumbs 1 Posted August 23, 2013 I just got some Wilson 47d 8 rd mags for my Springfield RO and when I try to seat the mags they seem to be a little tight right when they get to the point where the trigger bow would be. I am wonder if I need to detail strip the gun and adjust the bow or maybe there is just some dirt in the mag well that might making it bind. I also wanted to know if anyone else has experienced this problem with either these mags or this gun
checko 180 Posted August 24, 2013 You sure its the trigger bow? If you look down the magwell the only thing that should be visible in there is the mag release. when I changed out all of my springs on my 1911 I noticed that the little nub sticking out for the release was stiffer. I lubed it, and my mags and it got better.

Atlas 0 Posted September 8, 2013 I would lube the release as well. Does it occur when both loaded or unloaded?
