robs609 2 Posted November 11, 2013 So I have been away from the firearms scene for about a year since the price for ammo has spiked and all the craziness with the new gun control efforts had ensued. I am taking a class and will need some .223 and .40 . Where in south jersey have you seen ammo consistently cheaper than the competitors ? I only need target ammo but none of that crappy corrosive stuff. I live in Vineland area any help would be appreciated !
iCARRY 0 Posted November 11, 2013 I have resorted to ordering online. Cabelas and AIM Surplus have been good to me. Also if you don't mind reloads, freedom munitions has been great too.

Scorpio64 5,147 Posted November 11, 2013 Your best bet is on-line but Cheyenne Mountain Outfitters has ammo from time to time and the prices are not too bad.
MandM 2 Posted November 11, 2013 Much like Gunbot... you can try AmmoSeek (It's how I found a case of .22 for a decent price on Friday to feed my new 10/22.) http://ammoseek.com/
NJCK 5 Posted November 11, 2013 Haven't seen any large amount of stock in S.Jersey, but if you don't mind a drive shoot me a PM and I'll tell you some PA shops that have plenty of both.
skinbook 0 Posted November 16, 2013 Oh yes. If you can wait a day or two, Gunbot.net is the place to go.
jeffsolo 1 Posted November 20, 2013 +1 for both Gunbot and AmmoSeek. If I remember correctly, I've gotten best pricing for centerfire on GunBot, AmmoSeek has been better for rimfire. Check shipping costs before you finalize your order. A very few of these vendors have flat rate shipping charges, or in 1 case, shipping was included in the price. I've used about 8 vendors for various calibers; all have been pretty good on speed of shipping.

Alex V 99 Posted November 25, 2013 Online. Love the guys at AIM, I usually have a package from them with an ORM-D sticker arive two or three times a month lol. I have also went through 500rds of 9(in a G19 and M&P9) and 40 (Beretta) from Freedome Munitions without any problems.
