for $30 more you can get a BCM blem upper. I'd prefer that over unknown quality ebay uppers.

Also Aero Precision also makes mil-spec uppers.  For my sopmod block II clone I chose them:

However the upper has a BCM charging handle, BCM forward assist and BCM dust cover.  also have a BCM socom profile barrel.

I used an Aero in my last build and they seem to be fine uppers that are priced pretty dang good.

Ebay seller replied back and confirmed it's milspec.  And 100 uppers being sent out today.  Hopefully its good.

that's really all that matters and let's hope their legit.  You pay more to insure what you receive will be in spec (ptac uppers have been notoriously for not being in spec) but that doesn't mean you can't get good deals here and there.  This sounds like a good deal ala PSA's blem uppers
