CZ 97B

I am in search of a new handgun in .45APC. I know a lot of guys here talk favorably about the CZ 75B(9mm).

Does anyone have any feedback on the 75's bigger brother? The CZ 97B looks to be along the same lines as the 9mm. They don't appear easy to find at the moment. Any feedback is welcomed. Thanks!

Love it. Not for everybody though they have a thick grip on them, although the new one is a little slimmer. Great gun though. I have no complaints. Heritage Guild in Easton had one in stock.

I have around 2,500 rounds on mine and have had zero issues. I don't consider that a high round count though. So far it has eaten any ammo that I have run in it.

The only thing to complain about is after prolonged shooting the front sight gets very dirty and the dot disappears.

This is my favorite pistol in 45, I've stated before on the forum that I prefer the CZ 97B over a 1911. I really enjoy shooting it, very accurate, never had a problems. Good luck finding one though..

I finally got to fondle a few used ones at a gun shop in Maine. They had 3. Around $550 each. Loved how they felt, but I am broke and could not make it happen.
