n4p226r 105 Posted February 28, 2014 seems their definition of reasonable deviations is a lot less than most people here. getting gas, using a restroom, and stopping for emergency care. other than that you are on your own. seems stripped down a substantial amount since the last time. so even their "deal" is more strict than most people follow today. Sota 1,191 Posted February 28, 2014 I made several "reasonable" deviations the last time I went to the range. I'll continue to do so.
n4p226r 105 Posted February 28, 2014 I made several "reasonable" deviations the last time I went to the range. I'll continue to do so. sure. but if this passes, reasonable is no longer up for interpretation. doing so would now just be illegal.
PK90 3,569 Posted February 28, 2014 Right. Be careful what you ask for, because you'll get it. I prefer gray over black & white. There is always a loophole somewhere. Sent from an undisclosed location.
raz-0 1,256 Posted February 28, 2014 Yes, this isn't a gift to our side. They are removing the ability of a jury to make a judgment on the word reasonable.

raz-0 1,256 Posted February 28, 2014 Thanks. Read the amended sections. Makes zero sense. It isn't supposed to make sense. It's supposed to be used as a political device to paint CC as uncompromising on reasonable gun legislation and/or to be able to say he vetoed a bill favorable to gun owners and is thus anti RKBA or at least give primary contenders the ammunition to do so. Howard 538 Posted March 1, 2014 This is crazy, why is it if you vote for Sweeney you can carry anywhere you want and go anywhere you want and kill anyone you want and they never charge you with anything?
