Did dicks lose their ffl?

I was just at the Christiana mall and stopped in dicks. There are no guns and the guy working said they can't sell guns and he doesn't know why.

 

 

 

Might just be temporary though by that sign. Not sure if it's just this one or all of em.

I would be interested to see if anyone has a copy of their FFL or at least knows 

the FFl number?

As far as I know, Dick's doesn't do transfers, so if you were to buy a gun from them,

you would have the opportunity to see the actual FFL, like in a transfer.

I just found an FFL number for a Dicks in Danbury, CT.

I ran the FFL E-Z check and it comes up as valid until 2016

 

It also lists the store number, so I assume each location has their own

FFL lic assigned. Possibly that one store that Shawn was at either lost it,

or was under review...........?????

In Christiana, that may be the case! Just joking, but I'm still pissed that the morons in the gov't of nj made the meadowlands cabelas jump through idiot hoops, and then the mall (eyesore) just went to sh-t.

Could have been a situation like what I had at the beginning of the year. ATF was slow to get my 01 renewed and didn't send me a LOA either. My 01 was lapsed for two weeks before the renewed 01 was issued. I had to transfer everything to my 07 to be able to continue business.

All FFL #s are on ATF 's website. Last I checked, March of 2014 was listed. I am on my phone so I can not check.

Obviously, the new store hasn't been fully approved and papered yet.

Pink Cards are a NJ thing.......this store is is in Delaware, so they wouldn't need to worry about that.

Maybe all the managers at that location quit, I think with these chain stores the store manager(s) is/are listed on their FFL as the Responsible Person.

They're giving out "friends and family" tickets to employees for a pre opening employee pricing event so if you know of anyone working there hit them up lol
