It's already paid for itself for a few years, we submit documents on line and they send us a check in the mail. I just checked them out, they're competitive in pricing but I only see a per incident deductible and not a yearly deductible.
TomFNJ 1 Posted March 3, 2018 I use Nationwide for both of my dogs. My wife was offered it through work and so far it's been great. They reimburse for some of our regular visits up to a certain point which is nice. I just scan or fax in a form with the bill and I will get a check in the mail. Any even where we had to go to the vet unscheduled was covered.
Darrenf 422 Posted March 3, 2018 I had Petplan for my last cat who passed away in 2015. They were fantastic and reimbursed us for 90%of his cancer treatment costs. That was a check for about $5800. When we got a couple of new kitties later that year I wanted something that also covered wellness visits. Petplan did not offer that so we went with Embrace. They too have been fantastic. I would wholeheartedly recommend either of them, but if you want Wellness visits covered out of those two, only Embrace offers it, unless Petplan has since changed what they offer.
