Jack, just a heads up I don't think NJ residents can posses this.

- 2C:39-3 Prohibited Weapons and Devices...

e. Certain weapons. Any person who knowingly has in his

possession any gravity knife, switchblade knife, dagger,

dirk, stiletto, billy, blackjack, metal knuckle, sandclub,

slingshot, cestus or similar leather band studded with

metal filings or razor blades imbedded in wood, ballistic

knife, without any explainable lawful purpose, is guilty

of a crime of the fourth degree.

^ Im not an expert but we did ask local authorities before selling replica ww1 knives that look just like this at the store and they said we were good to go bc its technically not metal knuckles, its basically a hand grip on the knife.

IANAL and your experience may vary, just letting you know our experience.

Thank you Shane - I appreciate you getting my back!

The loophole is the sentence "without any lawful purpose"

Possession as a collector of military items is considered an "explainable / Lawful purpose"

in New Jersey.

So unless the buyer is carrying the knife on the street, or using it in the act of a crime, they are

good to go!

By the way - it sold today!

Thanks!

JT
