Wikkie2204 0 Posted August 30, 2014 I'm going to say No, just based on the title of the product contains Flash Hider.
JT Custom Guns 956 Posted August 30, 2014 AGAIN - Flash hiders are not illegal in NJ. A FH is considered an "Evil Feature" on a Semi Auto weapon) and counts as one on the checklist to see if the weapon is legal or not (2 evil features = not legal) So - if you have a FH on a Bolt-Action rifle you're o.k., if you have it on a Semi-Auto rifle that has no other evil features you're o.k. JT Custom Guns 956 Posted August 30, 2014 Do you not know the NJ Sate laws regards Semi-Auto Rifles? Perhaps this thread will help you: http://njgunforums.com/forum/index.php/topic/29389-read-before-posting-nj-gun-law-faq/
GRIZ 3,365 Posted August 30, 2014 On an ar with a pinned stock? Not with a pistol grip. You are allowed only one evil feature.

vjf915 456 Posted August 30, 2014 And remember if the gun is black thats already a evil feature in nj... Since the OP is learning, it'd be nice to NOT post sarcastic and false information. As stated, a flash hider is not legal on an AR with a pistol grip. You can however put the flash hider on a bolt action rifle.
glockamole 0 Posted August 30, 2014 Hes been a member since 2010. Just goes to show our laws in nj are so hard to understand and make no sense. I was looking to get that 5.56 pistol and then found out you can't even have a hand guard on it... sorry if my sarcasm would have made someone believe what I said. With the nj laws its hard to tell if something is the truth or a joke.
