DeerSlayer 241 Posted November 11, 2014 Hi Point and the accessories. Well if it doesn't "go bang" or you run out of ammunition, you could always bludgeon someone with it hahha.
High Exposure 5,635 Posted November 11, 2014 I saw someone try to beat someone with a Hi-Point when the 9mm he tried to load into his .380 turned his gizmo into a club. The gun broke into many pieces. The "victim" then snatched the pieces up and, for lack of a better term, shoved them up the "shooters" ass. It was not a good day for Mr. Gangbanger. It was amusing though after the fact....
Blake 50 Posted November 11, 2014 Hi Point and the accessories. The irony is that stack of cash could have bought any one of dozens of good reliable firearms. Guess we are lucky most criminals are stupid.

Duppie 73 Posted November 13, 2014 All things being considered and while not a rabid Glock fan................. The Glock 19. It fires every time, holds 15 rounds, relatively lightweight, inexpensive parts and mags are easily sourced, accurate and an obvious choice in just about every handgun scenario. koontz946 0 Posted November 13, 2014 I'm happy to see my 2 semis mentioned (MK25 & FNX-45) but I'd have to say I'd take the MK25. Lady is comfortable shooting it if need be so I can use the AR

AlexC 2 Posted November 18, 2014 Inherited a Ruger Security Six with a 2.75" barrel, if it was a 4", I would nominate it. shoots anything from a 38 special wadcutters for practice to a buffalo bore 357 Bear load. and it will last forever
Targetpractice 3 Posted November 18, 2014 G19 seems to be the clear winner.

DeerSlayer 241 Posted December 9, 2014 G19 seems to be the clear winner.I wonder why, so many people think they suck.
fishnut 2,358 Posted December 9, 2014 I don't think they suck Glocks are great guns just not for me. they do not feel good in my hand and I shoot them poorly. I wish I did like them because the price is right.

DeerSlayer 241 Posted December 9, 2014 Ill get a Shield eventually and that will satisfy the striker fired poly gun hole in my collectionI shot my buddies the other day at RTSP I hate the trigger, almost no reset. Not like the Glock or Walther at all.
fishnut 2,358 Posted December 9, 2014 I just shot one 2 weeks ago and liked it but only ran one mag through it so I will have to shoot it a bit more before I buy one. I have a few more pistols that I want before I get it anyway. I love the Sig229, but first things first I NEED a S&W

fishnut 2,358 Posted December 9, 2014 S&W m19-2 was the first handgun I ever got (thanks Grandpa) and still is the gun I am by far the most accurate with. I love my wheel guns for sure!
DeerSlayer 241 Posted December 9, 2014 I shot my 686 for the first time last week and I love it. Still haven't mustered up the courage to take the .500 out yet.
fishnut 2,358 Posted December 9, 2014 Do it! its a blast (pun intended) and is totally controllable. I shot one with the 4" barrel and I was expecting allot worse. The ruger super redhawk 454 casull that I shot was quite a bit worse in my opinion. The 500 was belching out fireballs in broad daylight! So cool! When I finally make it up to AK for a fishing trip ill justify the need for a 500 with the wife
