Grand Jury recomends criminal charges against PA AG

Recommended Posts

The news stories about this AG are astounding. One likened her situation to bad movie. Still, she refuses to step down. No class whatsoever. Which means she'll probably serve out her term.

I guess we can all stop fondling our Utah and Florida carry permits.

They're talking about revoking her law license forcing her to step down. Is AG in PA appointed or elected?

She was elected, hence her refusal of Wolf's request that she resign. No class whatsoever.

Hard to imagine her not spending time in the Big House.

All around. It's starting to look to me like there is probably some meat to some rumors about her. I don't like to spread stuff like that but I'm sure you can find it.

I bet Bloomberg dumps her like a pregnant trailer park girl. He doesn't have much of a record for sticking up for people he mo longer has a use for (like those Colorado recall losers).

The law-breaking is almost understandable given that she's an elected official. But some of the more thorough analyses of her fall from grace portray a Nixonesque vindictiveness, pettiness, and paranoia that is almost embarrassing to read.

You're right: Pennsylvania is different from the coastal sewer we inhabit. No NJ or NY newspaper, other than the NY Post, would ever get into Clinton stuff to that degree although there is much more of it, and it's 100x as serious.

"Pennsylvania court unseals pornographic emails sent by officials" http://news.yahoo.com/pennsylvania-court-unseals-pornographic-emails-sent-officials-234246192.html

Well, does that address the possibility of Kane blackmailing witnesses, and give them no reason not to talk, or discredit all of them? I wonder what the judge's intention was.

Are there any rules against being an AG from prison? Just saying.

Impeach the biotch and restore the Commonwealth's recognition of FL and UT permits by non-PA residents!

I think the FL permit is good for a FL resident and not a non-FL resident permit holder.

Correct, as evidenced by FL Drv. License.  There is no address on the FL CWFL itself. But as long the carrier has a FL DL with a FL address on it (and the same addr is stored at the FL DOACS), one should be good to go in PA.

It's interesting that the only non-resident CC permit valid in PA now is Texas. All you have to do is get yourself there to take the test...

isn't the nr nh permit is still recognized in pa? a friend has one he got prior to nh requiring home state first....is his nh now void even if its not expired? and now not recognized in pa?

I gather the thought process being, "not too many folks will take that journey to Tx to get the non-res. permit..."  if that turns out not to be the case, then I'd expect them to change the reciprocal agreement to make that "resident permits only."  Well... I *would* have expected that.  But  AG Kane may not get that chance....  :popcorn:

That is true, NH is still good, just can't get them anymore.

I have an NH permit i got before NH requered that y have one form your home state. I called both NH and PA state police and they saud it was ok. But i cant renew it when it expires.

On to getting a TX one next time i m in Texas.
