Obama using Exec Order to Ban .223/5.56 ammo???

WTH....

 

Maybe not exec order but I just listened to a report on FNC showing .223 ammo talking about an AR15 ammo ban ATF is working on.

 

A comment from ATF said essentially...nothing to see here folks...go away.

 

Why do I not believe that.

 

When the hell did these agencies get the unilateral power to do whatever the hell they wanted to do?

 

I'll have to look into this more but if anyone has any info.......

He is using the ATF as a de facto AR-15 ban since he could not get Congress to pass an anti-gun bill even though he had majority's in both houses. So he cannot get a gun ban. What is the next best thing? Ban the ammo to make the gun useless.

 

It is illegal and unconstitional for BO to do this. He has not Congressional approval. He does not have the unilateral authority to do this. Lawsuits should follow. Not that he cares about obeying any court orders either.
