Nothing wrong with the "Lasik Flap", do more research, if you get hit hard enough to so-called dislodge it, you have larger problems than that such as no eyeball left. Even the USAF approved it.

There is at least one specific incident I found - "In this case, the flap displaced as a result of a punch to the eye in a 28-year-old-woman who had undergone LASIK four years earlier." Clearly, she still has her eyeball left.

Found a bunch of non-specific info on the same search. Not saying there's anything wrong with the operation, but this seems to be a very real, if seemingly uncommon possible complication.
