While no law or set of laws will end gun violence, it is clear that the American people want action. If even one child’s life can be saved, then we need to act. Now is the time to do the right thing for our children, our communities, and the country we love.

 using that single statement, the time to act IS now. stop illegals. stop letting murderers and rapists out of prison. enforce the laws on the books now. enact national reciprocity. those will go farther towards the above stated goal than a thousand new laws.

that one can be pretty insidious, as pretty much all .223 will penetrate normal police body armor(i thinkn) thus it can be labeled as armor piercing.......
