NJ laws on BB guns

Recommended Posts

Those full-auto BB guns were "tradition" long before that asinine law was written, I'm sure.

Tradition doesn't warrant an exemption.  And if there is an exemption then where is it written?  It's the usual politics and greased palms.

Maybe county fairs and boardwalks are Sanctuary Cities for full auto BB guns?

On OPs question, I'm still trying to figure out the deal with old Crossman bb guns that held like 100 bbs in the 'magazine'. I'm wondering if those are evil assault weapons waiting to land you in jail like the evil Sears Catalog purchased Glenfield Model 60 with the 18 round tube mag.

Umarex makes a CO2 BB rifle that shoots semi auto or 6 round bursts and has a 300 round reservoir. Cabelas sells it for $129. So... Seems to me this baby is a hard core assault rifle.... By NJ standards.

So be careful what you buy.
