carl_g 568 Posted August 11, 2015 Looks like it will be available this fall. This article only shows a button mag release.. Hoping to see a paddle version made available also! http://www.ammoland.com/2015/08/walther-ppq-45-acp-pistol-a-new-caliber/#axzz3iVkA4u8W

checko 180 Posted August 11, 2015 I don't think they will have the paddle version. If there was a 5" m1 I'd buy it in a heartbeat Sent from my SM-G900V using Tapatalk

MartyZ 691 Posted August 12, 2015 with my wife it's OGAY, any gun. I got my VP9 this year so now I have to wait till next March.
45Doll 5,848 Posted August 12, 2015 I've got the edge here. My 'Glock Girl' Wife loves her PPQ M2 5" in 9mm, so this may not be a tough sell. Although I'd (we'd!) wait until 2016 when the rush is over. You know... apply for permits in November, get them in February!

SJG 253 Posted August 31, 2015 I love the 9mm PPQ and it it is my new FL carry gun. Best stock trigger ! I have several 45's but if it is anything like the PPQ it will be on my shopping list

lunker 274 Posted October 21, 2015 Just handled one up here in New Hampshire. Feels great. It still has that scary-light PPQ trigger.

lunker 274 Posted October 23, 2015 5.5lbs? I don't believe that any of the Walther PPQs I have ever shot have had 5.5 pound triggers. That is a stock Glock trigger. And I should have been more specific. The thing that REALLY scares me about the PPQ is the ultra-short reset. Shooting that gun after being use to Glocks and HKs had me accidentally doubling the PPQ way too often. I needed a much firmer grip than I was used to in order to prevent it. PK90 3,569 Posted October 23, 2015 I just tested one with my Lyman digital gauge and it averaged 4.2 pounds after 5 pulls.

lunker 274 Posted October 24, 2015 I guess you'll just have to get used to the PPQ XD I am sticking with my HK P30 and P30L light Lem. It is the closest feel to a nice double action revolver that I like. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
