Barms 98 Posted October 22, 2015 I just listed my Beretta AL391 for sale in the marketplace.. if you were looking for an auto loader the 391 is iconic. some say the softest shooter ever made. (Although Howard has shot it and he didn't have a comfortable afternoon.. but I just think he was shouldering it wrong.. ha ha). I used this gun for clays, its in awesome condition and very very clean.
lunker 274 Posted October 22, 2015 The Beretta 391 is a great gun. I like its looks better than my A400. So the real question is... what shotgun are you using the sale proceeds to purchase?
lunker 274 Posted October 23, 2015 I just looked at the AL391 listed in the classifieds. Good price on an excellent quality Beretta autoloader!

Barms 98 Posted October 24, 2015 Well I already bought a 686 over under after I got two semi autos. Now don't really need one of them. But boy I will tell you the semis shoot very sweet. I wouldn't say I "love" shooting the OU better than 391.... Im sorta just making myself want to like the OU better. 1) cleaning is a snap. And 2) I've been to a club twice that only allows OUs. So I'm really trying to make the OU work. It's just better in the long run. The cleaning, the takedown, pressing the bolt release each time, going out of your way to let people know your gun is safe. The OU is just simple. I have no regrets at all about diving into the sport with a beretta semi though.
