fishnut 2,358 Posted February 24, 2016 sweet 1911. I definitely want to add a Baer to my collection some day. One question, why photoshop the serial #? I see allot of people on here blocking out their serial #, just wondering why.
stevenschaffer 2 Posted February 24, 2016 I don't think anything is wrong with it... But I just did it because I seen blocked before too

fishnut 2,358 Posted February 24, 2016 I don't think there is anything wrong with it either I was just wondering. I just remembered that the first semi auto handgun I ever shot was a Les Baer 1911. My teachers had good taste LOL.

Pew Pew Plates 358 Posted February 24, 2016 Yeah I think many people block off the serial number because they see other people do it. It's like license plates, I don't get it. People block off their plates in photos, but why... I can just drive down the road and look at license plate numbers all day long. I can go to a car show and look at license plates. Likewise if I go to a gun shop I can see serial numbers, same with museums and gun shows. People are weird about pictures.

Heavyopp 167 Posted February 25, 2016 Nice -- I just ordered a Dan Wesson ECO in 9mm for my wife I was really torn last week about buying a Guncrafter Bobbed commander -- $2650 I didn't do it, Just couldn't swing the cash or at least get my mind over the cost Les Baer is somewhere in between I believe -- Let us know how it shoots This set of 3 permits I'll be taking the jump to something better too

Because thieves have friends that work at DMV that can run the plate number and get the address of where the vehicle is to steal it.
leadunderpressure 52 Posted March 12, 2016 And antigun Dbags can report stolen firearms of a given serial number and the like. The Internet is forever and its inhabitants are murthering scum in some cases.
