Hey all!

 Got my self a gun from back home.  Jericho 941 custom. 9mm Arctic Cerakote. one of the most accurate gun i ever shot.  Some say its to much but its perfect and what i represent. Hope you like it.........

Honestly - not a fan of the cerakote (For me, with guns, black is beautiful), but to each their own.  Glad you like it.

The dots don't matter. They are a reference point, they are not for aiming.

 

It's the edges of the sights that need to be precise.

i cant tell either way to be honest...  the outsides are obviously painted, but cant see the rest of it

The dots are not painted. Just the outside

HE is trying to say that the sight needs to have a stark and sharp edge for you to be able to quickly and clearly identify where your shot will go. If the edge isn't black, or worse, if it's multi color camo, you won't be able to make out the edge clearly and it will take you longer to get on target.

Of course this is your gun and what you like is the only important thing. But when you see that what HE is saying is true, it should be relatively easy to fix with some tape and black nail polish.

I'll have to try this - I'm pretty sure that apart from when using plain black sights, I shoot using only the dots or other markings to aim.

The edge of the sight is super white and no Camo. Its no difference then having a all black sights. maybe form the picture it looks hard to see but shooting it on target seems spot on.
