Given the strange stuff happening with COVID I suspect that you'd be able to shoot at a range with the paperwork you have. You may need to "speak with the manager/owner" so they fully understand that you CAN'T get the DL update right now.
Having the FID and matching license to rent guns and shoot at a range is a policy decision by the range owners, not law.

I didn't realize how old it was (completed in 1963). I would imagine maintenance in that tropical environment was a bit of a nightmare. Hurricanes, earthquakes, corrosion, etc, etc.
depends to be honest. are you moving on foot or via truck, are you moving with just your family or did you pre-arrange the shtf with a group?
