fatty 241 Posted April 3, 2016 Looking to get back into 1911's in the coming months. Anyone seen a Springfield TRP or a DW Valor/VBob at any shops lately? I haven't seen a TRP in person in probably 2-3 years and have never held a DW Thanks in advance
HuntingPaper 62 Posted April 3, 2016 I saw some DW Valor/VBob at Budsgunshop.com I bought a gun from them and totally hassle free. Their prices are not the best but the have some in stock. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Heavyopp 167 Posted April 3, 2016 I have a duty treat VBob -- Taking that 3/4" off the barrel and slide change the whole balance of the gun for the better -- the VBob is my 1st commander length gun And it does shoot -- I took it out for the 1st time last week -- set the target at the back wall -- 25 yards -- shot about 150 rnds -- over 75% thru the black of a standard rapid fire pistol target -- 2 hands, unsupported
Vlad G 345 Posted April 3, 2016 I don't think I've ever seen a TRP in a store, all the ones I've seen had to be ordered.
Steve_G 51 Posted April 3, 2016 It's been a while, but I have seen the occasional TRP at Bullseye Tactical in Woodbridge.

fatty 241 Posted April 3, 2016 If only I had the cash now... Aside from the classified deals on 1911addicts (including a VBob for $1400), PSA is running a sale on the stainless TRP for $1299 shipped.

Blake 50 Posted April 19, 2016 TRP's show up for sale used on ar15 quite often. There is a like new DW CBOB at Monmouth Arms that is for sale. Not Steves gun but the buyer who had it transferred in wants to sell. PM for details.
