It has been hit or miss nationally. It took me 60 minutes on the phone on 8/9 to straighten out my eCheck account. I gave up calling a check in after waiting 30 minutes. The next day, the checks were done in a few minutes, but yesterday it took 20+ minutes. All in all, it seemed like taking two steps back to go one step forward.
