I have a question that probably would be answered before we start anyway, but ....

 

What are the rules for moving the rifles around from stage to stage and while waiting to shoot?  Do I need a way to fasten the AR in my cart?  Or can I just lay it there, muzzle facing the ground?

 

Then from the cart the starting point to shoot.  Aside from "always in a safe direction"... what specifically do you want everyone doing?

Everything you said is fine you just need to have a chamber flag in at all times other then when the RO tells you to take it out.
