Sorry no experience with that exactly. I own the Tikka T3 Sporter in .223, and it's a laser beam. Butter smooth action. I put a machined recoil block and Yo Dave's lightest springs. Topped it with a Vortex 36X and it is perfect.

I'm looking to make the .308 version my first bolt rifle.

 

My only gripe is the $150 magazines.  My solution is CDI Bottom Metal, and Magpul AI mags.  $210 for the DBM and $40 mags, sell the Tikka DBM and magazine to recoup some costs.  Change the bolt knob, throw a Steiner Military 3-12 or 4-14 and call it a day.
