Just got a email back from the super :

 

There will be no other update after the comment period ends. Any comments received after the end date will not be included in the proposal.  After the period ends, the comments will be considered and may or may not affect the final adoption of the new rule. It is not legal to own a stun gun until AFTER the final rule has been adopted.

 

 

i also asked for clarification of when the final adoption should be excepted

couple questions. can't go through 9 pages......

 

it looks like within the next day or three we'll be able to buy these legally here. so......will they be over-regulated like firearms? can nj legally do that with this ruling? will we be allowed to carry them? if not, will we be allowed to keep them legally in our vehicles?

Just my unenlightened opinion but to answer your questions.

will they be over-regulated like firearms? Yes this is NJ after all.

can nj legally do that with this ruling? Do you think any NJ politician cares? NJ firearms laws violate the US constitution already.

will we be allowed to carry them? Absolutely not.

will we be allowed to carry them in our vehicles? Only from the place of purchase to your home and then maybe to a venue that lets you practice with them. Not sure they'll even approve the last part.

the big question is to buy the "cheap" 350 buck unit, or the good 1300 buck unit?

Sent this over to my chief PD. He has not obtained anything official from either SP or our county AG.

      I have a like new (only zeroed) PSA Sabre KAC M110 Clone in 7.62x51mm. This is PSA's clone version of the infamous Knights Armament M110. Very high quality, excellent 2 stage trigger, 20" chrome lined barrel, adjustable gas block, and is NJ legal with a pinned Surefire SOCOM muzzle brake.  Radian Raptor charging handle and Radian ambi safety. Upper and lower are billet receivers compatible with all KAC SR-25 and LMT MWS/MARS-H pattern receivers.  Im no where close to being a long range shooter but ive been able to get 0.7 MOA out of it with 175gr federal gold medal match ammo and Im sure the rifle is capable of much better accuracy. Asking $1650 (which is a steal for what you get) at any FFL thats a reasonable distance from Jersey City. I can also ship but that would be on your dime.  Optic/bipod etc not included but can be purchased if interested. Vortex Razor Gen-II HD 3-18x50 FFP with the new EBR-7C MRAD illuminated reticle in a 1.54 reptilia mount. Id include the optic for another $1700. Happy to answer any questions or provide more pictures. Not interested in any trades. Thank you.
