NJGF 375 Posted January 24, 2017 Same problem: It fires a cartridge which is over 60 caliber. This is only allowed in a shotgun but because it wasn't designed with a stock to use on your shoulder it is not a shotgun. So NJ considers it a "destructive device" which is not legal in NJ. High Exposure 5,635 Posted January 24, 2017 Yes. As per NJSP FAU, the Black Aces Tactical Firearm is NJ Legal if you put it on a pistol permit. A buddy of mine has one. NJSP was contacted and they walked the FFL (I think it was Bullseye Tactical in Woodbridge) through the process and blessed the transaction.

High Exposure 5,635 Posted January 24, 2017 You do you, Ray. I'm just giving the info on how to get what some consider a cool firearm - legally - in this godforsaken state.

BlueLineFish 615 Posted January 25, 2017 Yeah..Vepr 12's are junk. Haven't heard one complaint about them from anybody who owns one. Probably one of the best balanced, softest shooting shotguns out there. Saying they are junk is just ignorant

I'll assume you meant G18. But since the G17 was the first gun that Glock made, wouldn't the G18 be a full-auto version of the G17 not the other way around?
