Same problem: It fires a cartridge which is over 60 caliber. This is only allowed in a shotgun but because it wasn't designed with a stock to use on your shoulder it is not a shotgun. So NJ considers it a "destructive device" which is not legal in NJ.

Looks like all you guys that own a G17 with a threaded barrel are in possession of an illegal assault weapon. Since it's a semi-auto G19. That's two strikes.

I'll assume you meant G18.  But since the G17 was the first gun that Glock made, wouldn't the G18 be a full-auto version of the G17 not the other way around?
