My wife is very proud of her Italian heritage so all of the dogs have names that she finds appropriate.  My two bullmsatiffs are named Capri and Luca Brassi.  When we had boxers (3 at one point) Bianca, Bella and Botticella.

That's awesome.  We are very proud of our Irish heritage.  So say hello to Murphy Shamus O'Brien and Finn Patrick O'Brien.  LOL  Murphy is a black lab/ beagle mix and Finn is a yellow lab/ golden retriever mix.  Both were rescues from high kill shelters in Georgia.

We have adopted 2 cats from irresponsible owners. The felines were named after Russian mountain ranges, Siana and Alti--something. Being two individuals of the italianic persuasion wifey and I renamed them Sciatica and Alfredo.

I had to put my dog down last week. It was the hardest thing I ever had to do.

Sorry for your loss! It is never easy making that decision but you made the right call. Putting down an animal that is sick and or suffering is the kindest last gesture anyone can make. Ive had to put down 4 of my own dogs and it sucks.

I have found that for me personally the best way to move forward is to get another dog. Not to replace your late dog,  no dog will ever replace another, but it gives you a very good distraction. If a new dog is in the cards for you please consider a rescue if at all possible.

    • An Election with Consequences: NJ2AS Endorses Lt. Governor Kim Guadagno and Mayor Carlos Rendo Posted by Alexander Roubian 425sc on October 23, 2017 · Add your reaction The New Jersey Second Amendment Society (NJ2AS) exists to defend, protect, and preserve our second amendment right to bear arms from public officials that disdain, disregard and disrespect the constitution. Furthermore, NJ2AS is equally committed to reclaiming all of the rights we have lost to radical New Jersey politicians that have willfully chosen to empower criminals. It is by these measures we judge the fitness of candidates for public office. Additionally, a central role of our mission at NJ2AS is to ensure the safe use of firearms for self-defense. While New Jersey police officers often do a great job responding to incidents, they cannot be there the moment a violent crime commences and life is potentially hanging in the balance. It is our job as citizens, each and every one of us, to be the first line of defense in a free society when a dangerous situation unfolds. Because a victim of crime cannot sue the police or the state for failing to protect them from a crime, we believe it is important to allow citizens the right to carry a firearm for self-defense. We believe it is especially important that women be able to exercise their second amendment rights, too. There are countless, tragic examples of what happens when all a woman has is a piece of paper -- a restraining order -- to defend her from a violent threat. NJ2AS will never forget Carol Bowne, and that is why it is time to end New Jersey's deadly permit process and work towards following the Constitution as written. Phil Murphy and Sheila Oliver are not only members of the elitist Democratic Party establishment that has -- in Trenton -- made New Jersey less safe by stripping law-abiding citizens of our Second Amendment rights. They’ve actually promised to pass even more laws that would make it harder for women to defend themselves while empowering violent criminals. It speaks volumes that Murphy and Oliver are committed to turning New Jersey into a sanctuary state for murders, rapists and other violent criminals illegally living in our country and state, but don’t support law-abiding citizens exercising their constitutional rights. In their campaign statements, New Jersey Democrats continue to take pro-criminal, anti-law enforcement positions that NJ2AS finds repulsive. The most egregious being the sympathy demonstrated towards Joanne Chesimard, a convicted NJ cop-killing terrorist on the FBI’s Most Wanted. That’s why we’re glad voters have a capable alternative in Kim Guadagno and Carlos Rendo for Governor and Lt. Governor. We support and endorse Guadagno and Rendo because we believe they are best positioned to defend the Second Amendment, Bill of Rights and make New Jersey safe again. NJ2AS calls on all of our members and supporters, across the political spectrum, to get behind Lt. Governor Kim Guadagno and Carlos Rendo for the future of New Jersey.   Lt. Governor Kim Guadagno and NJ2AS President Alexander Roubian at her birthday party Forget what your Union Tells you to do. If you are concerned about your Gun rights (or Lack Of them) there's only one choice.     Murphy= Jon Corzine 2.0 and looks like a pervert that wears woman panties and offers candy to children to enter his windowless Van. Bought his way, like Corzine into the Race.
    • I'm a fan of the cheap Kershaws as well. Incredibly sharp and durable for the price.
    • HE did u ever try it ??
    • i just carry a cheap kershaw that i bought from a snap on dealer. i've got this cool little push knife i think it's called that i may start tucking into the watch pocket of my jeans.....
    • Seems like it would be a simple request, but so far Google turns up nothing. The FN-FNAR has a pistol grip stock but would be better with a regular, non-pistol grip style stock instead (in my opinion). However I am unable to find anything of the sort. I am also wondering if anyone knows, does this take the same stock as the Browning BAR MK3? And if so, where would one find a stock for this?
