Lambo2936 297 Posted March 24, 2017 Dan;The specs listed are for the Version available in Free states, i believe.. Note it says 13" Barrel. I believe the NJ compliant model we see here are longer, heavier, etc.. Not sure if specs are available for that model?

DanMarvel 9 Posted March 24, 2017 Only thing I'm surprised and concerned with is the polymer rails on the hand guard.
Shane45 807 Posted March 24, 2017 The SCAR 16/17 seem to manage with poly rails.
bhunted 887 Posted March 24, 2017 Seem fine. Not like you are mounting an optic on them. I cooked mine a few times and not one drip of melted plastic. [emoji6] Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

DanMarvel 9 Posted March 26, 2017 Getting ready to remove hand grip on x95, does the screw holding in place have factory locktite on it? I believe the butt pad does correct? Any other tips for replacing grip please let me know
david8613 69 Posted March 26, 2017 YAY! HAPPY TO SEE THIS! This is my current pup x95 This was my first bullpup an 18" tavor, I sold it and regretted it had all the goodies...
DanMarvel 9 Posted March 26, 2017 Nice! Yeah I'm keeping both SAR and x95. They're both two different rifles to me.
DanMarvel 9 Posted March 26, 2017 Just installed the pistol grip for X95. Anyone else have a slight gap on the trigger guard end or did I install it wrong?
DanMarvel 9 Posted March 26, 2017 Heres picture of the gap
Shane45 807 Posted March 27, 2017 Go look on the Tavor forum. I know someone had that issue but was able to resolve it. Don't remember what the solution was, just that there was one.
Jfoster99 80 Posted March 27, 2017 I swapped for the 13" top rail and short forearm for the x95.. What to do you think looks wise? It feels and seems to handle very nice. I have not gotten it to the range yet though. The swap took all of 5 minutes.. my break is pinned on.. I was able to swap over the pinned break. very easy to switch back and forth. In the longer formed there was a muzzle bushing right behind the muzzle break. I left it off for now... going to see if there is any accuracy improvement. Others have reported no noticeable change in accuracy.
Lambo2936 297 Posted March 27, 2017 Anyone have any experience with an eo and magnifier on one of these? Wondering if you can see alright with a good cheek weld, as it will sit a bit low compared to it on my AR. May have to put an acog on it.

I have shot one with the Meprolite version of the EOTECH and it's a perfect set up for this rifle.

I've shot my SAR with eo/aimpoint with a magnifier it works but had a little more trouble than on an AR. Might be my chubby cheeks though

DanMarvel 9 Posted April 1, 2017 Anyone have experience with Midwest Industries Ejection Port Cover seen here? Does this fit for X95?
bhunted 887 Posted April 1, 2017 Not sure, but there is another company that makes them. The name eludes me at the moment. People usually install them to avoid gas in their face when using a suppressor. I have never had that happen on mine. See no reason unless you are going to run one.
