YankeeSC 1,204 Posted April 18, 2017 The concrete deck/patio in some areas around my pool has settled lower and left a gap. Do you guys have any experience with getting this repaired or know someone I can call? Is "concrete chiropractor" the way to go? http://www.concretechiropractor.com/our-service/pool-deck-repair/ It looks like it also might be time to put a new liner in, any recommendations? I'm the 3rd-hand owner of my home and I think everything is original and don't know who did the work.
John712 6 Posted April 18, 2017 I've had the same issue, the cost of doing the concrete, a repair was crazy, I've decided to do it all over for a bit more. I used Shamrock, his name is Matthew, (908) 447 - 8500

YankeeSC 1,204 Posted April 18, 2017 That looks beautiful, but a bit more than we want to do, we're planning to leave NJ in late 2018!
beachwhistle 28 Posted April 18, 2017 Signing up for a new liner right now is opening yourself up for a big headache. Anyone doing pool liners now is booked solid and will lie lie lie to get your business but can't possibly get the job done by mid summer. By that point why bother if your leaving next year. RichP 115 Posted April 18, 2017 I used mid-state pool liners to replace mine. They do quite a bit of liners every year, and I was happy with their work. Start to finish took them approx. 5 hours, and they save your pool water, so you can use it the same day.

YankeeSC 1,204 Posted April 19, 2017 Mid-state looks interesting. What is the size of your pools and how much was the liner and labor?
beachwhistle 28 Posted April 19, 2017 Dave from MidState is a good guy and knows pools very well. He will do a good job eventually.
