What we need is to find a good lawyer in NJ that believes in his and everyone's gun rights that will be willing to work together with people like us and fight the state for a free or low cost. There has to be someone out there... Included in the lawsuit could be for all costs of lawsuit. Also a class action lawsuit against all judges and state officials who do not provide proper, timly, legal pathways for NJ citizens to obtain a permit to carry in public. Not doing so is a violation of the the constitution, our Constitution rights, their oath of office, and is a conspiracy against out rights.

We need to sue the state conclude their laws unconstitutional and for them to change the law to shall issue. The laws and legislators need to be held accountable for infringing on our rights. This isn't to just get a permit. It's to insure all citizens have the ability to get their permit approved without being oppressed by our local government. May issue or no issue laws are not valid as they violate the constitution and our constitutional rights.

It's been done - over and over again.  No NJ court is ever going to side with the Constitution or with Heller/McDonald.

The 3rd circuit federal court has already ruled against us and will do so again.

The only chance is SCOTUS except (1) They turn down every right to carry case that they get and (2) NJ would just ignore the ruling if we won.  SCOTUS has no enforcement mechanism so why would NJ change?
