Cereza 106 Posted May 24, 2017 Make sure you're logged in. Click on "Help" on the main page under the search box. On the "how may we help you?" page, scroll to the bottom and mouse over "Need more help?" Click on "Contact Us" on the right side. Your order history will pop up. Select the correct order and continue through the steps. Eventually you will have the option to email, chat or speak with a rep (they call you, usually in under 2 minutes). ETA: There's also the general help number (1 (888) 280-4331), but it's MUCH FASTER if you go through your account. Quote Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
