Great 80s movies no one ever heard of...

Recommended Posts

A little late to the thread so

Bird

Prince of the City

Lucas

Testament

Just One of the Guys

Talk Radio

Angel Heart

Some great movie mentioned Porky's, Warriors, and Vision Quest are 3 that come to mind.

Porky's, Porky's II, and Porky's Revenge I had to sneak around to see because my parents said I was too young (I was).

As a wrestler Vision Quest I watched over and over.

Warriors even though released in 1979 was on WWOR almost every weekend throughout the 80s. Warriors broken up by Wild West City and Milford Plaza commercials made for a great Saturday afternoon.

Maybe not obscure but plenty of eye candy.

Hamburger the Motion Picture

Hot Dog The Movie

Screwballs I & II

Last American Virgin

Delivery Boys

Loverboy

Valley Girl

The Beach Girls

Last Resort

Private Resort

Spring Break

Hardbodies 1 & 2

Porky's, Porkys II, Porky's Revenge

I really liked the Porky's Movies so I had to list them twice.

All the Right Moves

The Great Santini

Funny story, of you remember "All the Right Moves" was out at the same time as   "The Right Stuff"

i went on a date to the old Century theater by the garden state plaza, when it was my turn at the box office, I said "All The Right Stuff" the clerk was like "what movie man?" Long story short it took about five minutes for my dumb ass to get it straight.

Michael Caine has a pretty full punch card. I think he's earned a free life. Think of all the movies (and women) he's gone through since this one. Here's a guy not afraid of death.
